All BookFunnel download pages have a Need Help? link at the top. Like so:
BookFunnel landing pages that require an email address do not have a help link at the top. A reader shouldn’t need any help clicking the “get my book” button and typing in their email address.
Once they submit their email, optionally confirm, and click through to actually download your book, they will see the help link at the top (like the screenshot above)!
Then, if they have any trouble downloading the book, they can click the help link and we’ll be happy to help.
