You can repoint all of your BookFunnel email signup pages to a new mailing list provider on the Integrations page of your BookFunnel dashboard.
You can either transition to your new provider gradually, or you can disable your old provider immediately and then integrate with your new provider.

Gradually Transition to New Service
You can integrate your BookFunnel account with your new mailing list service and keep your old mailing list integration in place at the same time. If this will cause you to exceed your plan’s maximum integration limit, you can request an additional integration for up to two weeks to complete your migration.
This allows you to send some new subscribers to your new service, and leaves old email signup settings, lists, and automations in place until you have time to finish migrating to your new service provider.
To integrate with your new service (while leaving your old service in place):
- Click Integrations on your BookFunnel dashboard.
- Click Action and select +Add Integration and follow the instructions to integrate with your new service.
- Once your new integration is saved, you can view all of your email signup pages on the Integrations screen.
- Click the name of any email signup page you want to switch over to your new provider.
- Click Edit.
- Select the list you would like BookFunnel to send new subscribers to in the Integration List drop-down menu. If you do not see your lists, click the refresh link next to Integration Lists.
- Click Advanced Settings if you would like to send custom fields to your new mailing list. Learn how to use custom fields.
- Click Save and Close.
New subscribers will be added to the list you selected.
As you transition fully to your new mailing list service, you can return to Integrations to switch more of your email signup pages over until all of them are pointing to your new provider.
When you are ready to disconnect your old mailing list service, click Edit next to the integration and then click Disable Integration.
Immediately Disable Old Service and Switch to New Service
If you need to immediately stop sending emails to your old mailing list, you can disable its integration. As soon as you click “Disable Integration”, BookFunnel severs its access to your list provider. You can then integrate with your new mailing list service and point your email signup pages to your new list.
Any emails collected after you disabled your original provider and before you pointed a email signup page to your new mailing list provider will need to be exported and manually imported to your new list.
The emails will be saved in a CSV and you will receive an email from BookFunnel letting you know that readers are waiting to be exported.
To immediately stop sending emails to your old service:
- Click Integrations on your BookFunnel dashboard.
- Click Edit next to your old mailing list provider.
- Click Disable Integration.
- Confirm you want to disable the integration. This action cannot be undone.
- Click Action and select +Add Integration and follow the instructions to integrate with your new service.
- Once your new integration is saved, view all of your email signup pages on the Integrations screen.
- Click the name of any email signup page you want to switch over to your new provider.
- Click Edit.
- Select the list you would like BookFunnel to send new subscribers to in the Integration List drop-down menu. If you do not see your lists, click the refresh link next to Integration Lists.
- Click Advanced Settings if you would like to send custom fields to your new mailing list. Learn how to use custom fields.
- Click Save and Close.
Any email signup pages that remain set to “Export CSV only” will not add new emails to your new mailing list provider.
A record of the emails collected through a email signup page can be located by clicking the name of the signup page. The CSV is available at the top of the email signup page.
