If you upload your EPUB and see this message, you might need to provide a new EPUB:
BookFunnel was not able to validate your EPUB for Send to Kindle
BookFunnel checks EPUBs for compatibility with Send to Kindle. Readers can’t read your book on Kindle if Send to Kindle can’t process it.
This error means that BookFunnel scanned your EPUB and found issues that will likely cause the file to be rejected when sent to Kindle.
How to Address Issues
- If you think our precheck might be wrong, test your EPUB!
Email it to your @kindle.com email address to see if Kindle can convert it. If your EPUB is delivered successfully to your Kindle library, please let us know so that we can improve our Kindle validator. - If you test your EPUB and Amazon rejects it, you’ll need to provide a new EPUB.
How to Generate A New EPUB (free)
